I have a selection of watchmaker's tools manufactured in India. These tools are the Anchor brand. I will be the first to admit that they are not in the same class as Swiss manufactured watch tools but they don't cost nearly as much either. Unless you make your living as a professional watchmaker, I'm sure you will be pleased with the quality of these tools.
Then again, I'm sure many watchmakers would find these tools satisfactory too.
